There are many condos and villas located in Akumal, a small beachside community 1.25 hours south of Cancun. Akumal has world class snorkeling right from the main beaches and nearby protected Yal-Ku Lagoon, excellent diving and fishing and is conveniently located close to eco-parks, caves, Maya ruins and other interesting activities.  The summer months are exciting on the beaches of Akumal as this is the time of year when turtles come to lay their eggs and you can swim side by side with these majestic and gentle creatures of the sea.

These condos are in a resort complex with swimming pool on a lovely stretch of beach south of the town of Akumal. Snorkel, kayak and swim right from the resort's beach! All condos have fully equipped kitchens.

On your arrival a friendly MayaSites driver will welcome you at the Cancun airport and you'll have private transfer to your beachfront condo. On the way your driver will take you to a supermarket so you can shop for supplies. There are also a variety of restaurants in Akumal that can satisfy the pickiest of eaters and both kids and parents love the wide variety of international choices.

On your free days choose from a variety of optional activities. Swimming, snorkeling, diving, fishing, shopping, visit to nearby eco-parks, bird and people-watching or just relax in a beach chair with a book!  We listen to your family's needs and take into account ages and interests to help you design a fun filled itinerary.
